I'm Lisa Spector, a Juilliard alum. When a bizarre fall caused seven complicated fractures to my right hand (needing four surgeries), my hand therapist told me I'd never play piano again.
While I played piano with my left hand only for two years, the music of Chopin (for two hands) has always fed my soul and it was calling me. I'm ready to share this virtual program with you.

About Lisa Spector
Winner of Los Angeles and Chopin National Competitions in her younger years, Lisa Spector has always had an affinity for the music of Chopin.
When you hear her play Chopin with two hands, you'll be transported into another world.
You'll hardly believe that her right hand sustained seven fractures from a bad fall in 2017 and she was told by a medical professional that she'd never play piano again.
