Music has the ability to soothe like nothing else. Playing the piano is not only lowering my cortisol levels, but listening to calming music is keeping me sane during the pandemic.
My gift to you is music, the universal language.
I invite you to take a few deep breaths, close your eyes, and take in the beauty of the Bach Sicilienne, originally written for flute, and arranged for left hand only by Paul Wittgenstein, when he lost his right arm in the first world war.
My left hand is playing lower frequencies that will calm your nervous system and may even slow your heart rate. Enjoy from the comfort and safety of your home while allowing the music to provide healing to your soul.
If you enjoy it, please consider posting a comment and subscribing to my youtube channel. It's free. Just click the red letters here.
Stay tuned for more music that will support you during long hours spent at home.
So soothing. You are so kind to share your gift. It is much appreciated.
